She does have colon cancer. Whether or not it’s spread or if the tumors are benign or malignant is the question. After the surgery they will biopsy the mass removed and they will biopsy the tumor on her liver.

p.s. I’m on chapter 8 of “the fault in our stars” and so far I really like it. Kinda ironic how I start reading a book about a cancer patient and then a few days later find out my mom has cancer. Granted, it’s a little hard to read the book given this new information but I like the love story behind it so far because I do like a good love story.

It’s quirky. It’s very well written and at times beautifully written especially with the humor.
